The Client hereby agrees and/or accepts to enter into and/or sign up for the services provided by YouPlanet Ltd (Company).
The Client upon entering into these terms and conditions agrees that the consideration of the provision of such services by the Company for the 1st year of the provision of the services is the amount of 120 euros and hereby pays the amount of 120 euros as annual fee for the 1st year of the provision of the services through the herein described procedure. This amount of 120 euros is not refundable. For the subsequent years during which the Client will continue enjoying the services of the Company, the Client will be paying any fee to be determined by the Company, at any time, for the continuation of the provision of services to the Client. The Company will notify the Client in advance of such amount through a Notice in the Company’s website. This amount shall be paid upon the date during which the previous year of services expires and the services will only then continue to be provided by the Company. In no event the Client will be obliged to pay any extra amount for any year of provision of services for which he has already paid the determined annual fee.
In consideration for the fee, the Company will provide to the Client his/hers own profile on the Company’s website and also marketing tools, travel statistics and feedback of the Client’s services from the YouPlanet community as well as any other service/services are described in the Company’s website as services provided to "Partners". The Company has the right to change deduct, amend at any time and for any reason the offered services, provided it will post the relevant notice of such changes on the Company’s website.
The Client will provide information regarding the business and services the Client provides on his/hers profile. The Client hereby undertakes that the information provided by the Client will be true, correct and not misleading in any way. Regarding the use and/or handling of this information by the Company the terms included in the You Planet Privacy terms apply and the Client hereby declares and confirms that he has reviewed the Privacy policy and that he accepts the terms and conditions included therein.
The Company maintains the right to remove the Client’s profile at any time, without any obligation whatsoever for refunding the fee paid by the Client as hereinabove described, if the Client puts and/or inserts and/or publishes in the Client’s profile any kind of material or content which YouPlanet considers illegal and/or abusive and/or offending.
The Company does not guarantee and/or undertake and/or warrant that the Client’s revenues and/or number of clients will increase in any way due to the provision of the abovementioned services by the Company and the Company is not in any way liable and/or responsible and/or otherwise if such increase does not incur at any time whatsoever.
The Company bears no responsibility and is not in any way liable for any act and/or omission and/or undertaking and/or promises its representative and/or agent and/or promoter has made and/or undertook and/or constituted to the Client. The Company is only responsible towards the Client to provide to him the services as described above under the above terms and conditions and the Client can only rely on the terms included in the information and/or undertakings, if any, provided during the registration process.
These terms and conditions are in addition and/or supplementary to the YouPlanet Terms of Use and Terms of Conduct which the Client has entered into and/or accepted upon registering for the services that the Company provides. The abovementioned and the present terms and conditions apply and bind the Client.
